Referrals

Self-funded referrals
You can self-refer — choosing to pay the full fee without using a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or private health fund rebate. Self-funded clients do not need a referral.

Mental Health Care Plan
Medicare: Medicare rebates may be provided for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. This may move across calendar years. If you have Chronic Condition Management Plan or Eating Disorder Plan, you might be eligible for extra Medicare rebates. After session, the Medicare rebate of $87.25 will be credited to the client’s bank account. Then the full fee is required via bank transfer.

Private Health: Rebates Private health rebates will differ depending on each client’s individual policy. It is the client’s responsibility to check their private health fund and eligibility for claims, as funds vary. An invoice can be provided at the end of the appointment, with which the client can claim through their fund online. I accept the following rebates:

- Doctors Health
- HCF
- Medicare Rebates
- NDIS
- ReturnToWorkSA
- St Lukes Health
- Teachers Health

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Plan-managed and self-managed funds are accepted. Fees will vary depending on plan type (refer to above for fee structure). The full fee will be paid by direct transfer to a bank account. Plan-managed will be sent to the plan managed service for payment.

Please note GST applies to some services see below. Short notice cancellations will incur GST. Please observe the cancellation policy.

Fees (applies to clients who book their first consultation by 31 December 2025. Starting in 2026, there may be slight adjustment to the fees)

- Individual Consultation (50-60 mins) $175.00
- Couple/Family Consultation (up to 90 mins) $200.00
